The cost of renting an aircraft with a crew depends on several parameters. The main ones are: the type of business jet and the year of its production, the complexity of the route, the duration of the flight, the working time of the ship's crew, the duration of Parking at the destination, airport charges.

The cost of the flight, as a rule, does not include: changing the schedule or route of the flight, additional landings, idle aircraft in excess of the agreed schedule, processing of the vessel with anti-icing reagents, increasing the number of passengers, additional wishes for food, car access to the aircraft in the airport terminal for landing, satellite Internet and telephony on Board. These options require coordination and must be paid after the fact.

The cost of the aircraft Charter includes: a fully equipped and prepared for the flight aircraft, flight support on the agreed route by the managers of Alpina jet Aero, the work of the crew team, air navigation fees, passenger service in VIP-terminals, ordering food from the selected restaurant, informing authorized persons about the flight.

After your initial request, you will be assigned a personal Charter expert who will send you a selection of the best offers of business jets according to your route and request. Each offer will contain the most complete information on the air vehicle, the cost of the flight, as well as the rationale why it was chosen for you.

If you are satisfied with everything, the specialist will order the plane and send you all the flight data, including the terminal and other important information. Our specialist will be your entry point for any further questions that may arise prior to your flight and, if possible, will accompany you to the airport terminal.

You will be explained how much Luggage you can take with you to the selected aircraft. If you need more, Your personal Manager will be able to request an increase in the quota for you. However, the amount of baggage available on private planes is usually significantly larger than on regular flights.

We can also help if you plan to transport things like Golf and ski equipment. If you travel with weapons, you will need to provide a license and the weapons and ammunition must be transported separately. Such baggage requires additional coordination with the captain of the aircraft.
